anchor

    For calls

Know who's actually on the other end of the call.

Caller ID can be spoofed and voices can be cloned. Anchor is six digits the other person reads out mid-call. Type them at getanchor.id and see a verified human — and, if they're calling from a company, a verified employee of it.

Nothing to click, nothing to install, and the code expires after the call.

For Individuals (for individual verification including sellers and small businesses)

    "What's your Anchor code?"

Six digits ends the doubt on a call — and you can give yours back just as fast.

You're on the call, and you're not sure

Voices can be cloned and caller ID can be spoofed. Nothing about the call itself tells you who is really there.

    Ask for their Anchor code

"What's your Anchor code?" They read out six digits from the app. No link, no app install, no friend request.

    Type it at getanchor.id

Six digits resolve to a live page: ID check passed, liveness passed, connected accounts, and when the code was created — "verified 12 seconds ago".

It expires when the call does

Boarding pass, not friendship. Gone in minutes, nothing added to contacts, no accounts connected.

    Verified 12 seconds ago

What the caller sees when they open your Anchor link — a live page hosted by us, not a screenshot.

    Platform integration

"Before we discuss your account, here's my code."

When your fraud or support team calls, the customer can't tell them apart from an impersonator. Your agents settle it in the first ten seconds.

    Fewer abandoned outbound calls

Customers who've been told "never trust a caller" hang up on your real agents. A code they can check gets the conversation started.

    Impersonation fraud drops

Scammers can't produce a live code tied to your domain. Tell customers to always ask — and the pretext stops working.

    Shorter handle times

Ten seconds of proof replaces knowledge-based questions and callback loops on sensitive account changes.

    Revocable the day they leave

Employment verification follows your roster or directory, so a former agent can't keep calling as staff.

    Level 1

    Verified company email

The employee proves control of name@company.com. Live in minutes, no IT project.

    Level 2

    Admin-confirmed employee

An admin confirms who works there, like a Slack roster. Roles and departments come with it.

    Level 3

    Enterprise directory integration

Driven by your directory. When someone leaves, their work verification disappears immediately.

Give your agents an opening line:

"Before we discuss your account: my Anchor is getanchor.id/a/your-number. Open it and ask me for a live confirmation — you'll see exactly who I am."

Create your Anchor to copy this

    Why it holds up

Proof of the person, in the moment.

Who's holding the phone right now

Not who registered a number a year ago. The code is generated in the moment by the person on the call.

    Timestamped to the second

A screenshot from last week won't pass. The page is hosted by us and the clock is ours.

Six digits you can say out loud

Nothing to click. Type the code at getanchor.id, see the person and their organisation, then it expires.

    Works for people and companies

An individual proves they're a verified human. An employee also proves they represent who they say.

    Straight talk

    What we don't claim.

    • We don't claim to stop scam calls. Attackers can still build fake identities or compromise real accounts.
    • What Anchor does is narrower and stronger: both sides can verify who is on the other end — a person, or an employee of a company.
    • No document images are ever shared. The other side sees that the checks passed, what's connected, and when.
    • Verification on the incoming call screen needs carrier partnerships. That's a later chapter, not where we start.

    Same proof, everywhere

Calls are just where it's most obvious.

Make "send me your Anchor" the normal thing to say on a call.
